By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Applicability
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all transactions made through www.fawnwell.com.
2. Product Information
We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. However, occasional typographical errors, color differences, or small inaccuracies may occur. In such cases, Fawnwell reserves the right to correct or update the information at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
- Available payment methods may vary by country or region. Customers are responsible for verifying which payment methods are available at checkout.
- In rare cases, we may contact you if there are issues with your payment or order confirmation. In case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
- All transactions are processed securely. We never store credit card or payment information on our servers.
Stack discount: you get 10% off on 2 items, 15% on 3 and 20% on 4 or more items in one order, calculated on the subtotal. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Processing and Shipping
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days (depending on destination)
- Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner to ensure efficient delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
We strive to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs, postal delays, weather). If we cannot ship your order within the processing time, we will let you know and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this window we cannot accept cancellations, as fulfillment begins promptly after purchase.
6. Liability
- Fawnwell is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information but are lost or stolen thereafter.
- Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address during checkout.
- We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect address information or local postal issues.
- If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@fawnwell.com. Any address errors must be reported within 4 hours after placing your order. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct it. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on our website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photos, videos, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of theaiuniversity (trading as Fawnwell) or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may lead to legal action.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
